An OOEF is required when a University account is being used to pay for catered meals, refreshments, flowers, or other similar expenses for official occasions. For most TxEEE staff members, filling out an OOEF will be in the context of paying for food for a course, meeting, or special event.

Add the steps involved:

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to the Helpful Forms & Lists folder on the CLEE shared drive

  2. Open the Forms - Accounting folder and then open the OOEF template, titled frm OOEF
  3. Fill out the following fields located at the top of the form, as shown in Figure 1 below
    1. Account to be charged: this should be a 10-digit account number
    2. Form prepared by: enter your name or EID
    3. Location/Place: where the food is being served
    4. Date of Event
