Instead of immediately printing to the WIN Staff Ricoh MP C4503 or WIN Faculty Ricoh MPC 5503 printers, you will need to set the Preset to Lock your print jobs. When you Lock a print job, it will hold all print jobs until you retrieve the job with your numberical Password. If you do not remember your password, please see main office.
Like in the printer instructions, you can save these settings as a Preset.
To Lock a Print Job:
1. From Printer, Select the WIN Faculty Ricoh MPC 5503 or WIN Staff Ricoh MP C4503 machine. From Job Log, Select Locked Print. |

2. Input a User ID name and numerical Password. From Presets, select "Save Current Presets as...", give it a name: Print Ricoh, etc. |

3. Click Print. |

4. Select your document from the Print Jobs screen. |

5. The Ricoh will prompt you to enter a password. Enter the password you specified in Step 2. |
