Sign in with your UT EID and password
When it asks you to enter a code, click the link that says, “Other options.”
Click Manage devices to add a phone, Touch ID, and more.
This will take you to the management page, but first you’ll need to verify your identity

Phone call (Choose this option if the phone number is correct.)
Answer the phone call.
Press any number on the number pad.
Hang up.
Bypass Code (Choose this option if the other verification methods don’t work)

Once you’re at the device management page, click “I have a new phone” and it will provide you with a QR code.
Download the Duo Mobile app and scan the QR code.
