Go to Apple > System Settings

Click on Sound

Click on Output and Input

>Output should be on

Crestron HDMI

Play sound effects through Crestron

On the Crestron Touch Panel

Make sure the audio is not Muted

and turned up to mid way

Navigate to the downloaded file 
Right-click or command-click > open with> VLC.

In VLC, click Audio > Audio Device >Crestron or Crestron Encoded Output -

Studio 4A CMB 4.116 will use Crestron only and the rest use the encoded - if you don’t hear audio choose the other option

In VLC, click Audio > Audio Device >Crestron or Crestron Encoded Output -

Confirm sound comes from each channel's speaker as indicated on screen.
