Bin Sharing on Non Avid Storage - The editing application will notify you if your third party storage is emulating Avid NEXIS or Avid ISIS storage.


AVID Error:

When using non AVID Storage you will you see this message.

This system is using non-Avid storage that is emulating the Avid NEXIS/ISIS file system.

Bin Sharing for products emulating Avid NEXIS/ISIS storage can be enabled in General Settings



Enable now? - CHOOSE YES - all will be fine after that BUT if you choose no accidentally you will have to turn it on Manually



To set this manually go to File> Settings Tab in the AVID Project

Click on "General" Settings





Enable Bin Sharing on 3rd party storage emulating Avid NEXIS/ISIS
