Managers are responsible for ensuring that your employees complete their required compliance training. Compliance training is intended to help employees gain an understanding of the laws, rules, and policies that govern employees when they carry out official duties. Required compliance training may be found in either UTLearn.

The Compliance and Ethics Training Library includes a list of core required and optional courses, archived presentations, and brochures and posters.
University contractors who have access to controlled or confidential information and data are now required by HB 3834 to complete a cybersecurity training program. Colleges, schools, and units (CSUs) who hire contractors are also required to certify that these individuals have completed the required training.
