Utilities to manipulate sff files include:

• sffinfo - Produces a info file about reads from an sff file.
• sff2scf - Converts sff file to scf file (chromat format) which can be viewed on consed.
• sfffile - With -t option, trims the sff file. With -s option, splits the sff file by barcode. -i option creates an sff file.
