Check out the Departmental Camera

The Department of Psychiatry has a departmental camera that can be checked out by faculty and staff. 

POLICY 

All Department of Psychiatry faculty and staff have the ability to reserve the camera based on its availability. Please note that Admin staff need a minimum of 24 hours notice, 1 business day, in order to reply to your request. The camera must be checked out within the normal operating hours for the Department, 8 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday. Any requests that fall outside of these hours will be considered on a case by case basis, and the camera will still need to be picked up during regular operating hours. 

HOW TO RESERVE THE DEPARTMENTAL CAMERA

Checking availability:

• In your Outlook calendar, click on Open Calendar in the toolbar, then click from Address Book*
• In the search field, enter PSYCH EQUIP 1
• Double click the PSYCH EQUIP 1 selection and then click OK
• The calendar will open (may take a few minutes) and you can check its availability. Be mindful of reserved times—reservations are approved on a first-come-first-served basis, i.e. do not reserve a time that is already booked, your request will be declined by the calendar administrator if there is a previous reservation.

• After checking availability, create a New Appointment in your Outlook calendar
• Enter the name of the resource you wish to book, PSYCH EQUIP 1, select and click OK
• The calendar administrator will receive your invite and will accept/deny your request for booking according to the resource's availability
• You may check the status of your reservation at any time by opening the outlook meeting and clicking on Tracking
