RTF Outlook Calendar (Internal)

Lists planned department events, including screenings and department meetings.

To access:

1. Subscribe! If you haven't already been granted access, Milaka Falk can make sure that you are seeing department calendar in your Outlook calendar options.
2. And/or Bookmark the dynamic URL: RTF Department Calendar

Please consult this calendar to avoid conflicts when planning other events.

This calendar is maintained by Milaka Falk and also updated by other staff and events planners.

Moody Event Planning Spreadsheet (Internal)

Consult Moody’s internal special event spreadsheet to avoid conflicts with other events with similar audiences. Once your date (or at least the month) is confirmed, add your event to the list.

Moody College & RTF  Events Calendars (Public/Promotional)

Upcoming Moody College events, including RTF Events, can be found here: https://events.moody.utexas.edu/ .
To submit an event to this calendar, either:

1. Click on Submit an Event. Please make sure that you select the Department of Radio-Television-Film as the Event Host (in the drop down menu) so that he event will appear in our feed!
2. Send details to Milaka Falk or Teresa Valente who will supervise student workers to create art and work with the messaging to create the event listing.

UT Events Calendar - Texas Today (Public/Promotional)

The UT calendar, "Texas Today," lists campus-wide events. 

To Submit an event to this calendar, either:

1. Click on “Submit an Event” and fill in your details.
2. Send details to Milaka Falk or Teresa Valente who will supervise student workers to create art and work with the messaging to create the event listing.

You can also subscribe to receive info on events or RSVP for events to have them appear on your personal calendar.
