A main office administrator will assist you on matters concerning new phone lines, moving phone lines, smartvoice voicemail, ethernet port activation and install, and telephone equipment problems and requests in Winship. The turnaround time for most requests is about 2 weeks, but it could take longer. The exception is the smartvoice, which usually happens within a few business days.

If you are using a space that does not have an Ethernet port or a phone jack, then please let your administrator know in advance and he will order the install. The installation of new ports can take several weeks.

If you are having an issue with your phone (hardware problems), email your administrator with the details and he will call a service technician to come out.
