Commercial Update	Everyone	Send a reminder in the spring about commercialized clothes and celebrating holidays. Admin can send and teachers can also remind their classes. We should remind them why they should (it influences play, etc.) To include a buy-in, we can talk about children being walking advertisements (add this to the handbook?)

Brain Breaker	Stephanie	Think about how your play looked like as a kid and what you remember about it We realized we don't have adults or parents in our memories. Thinking about that in our environment and how child-led play without interjections is so rich and special.
Classroom as the third teacher	Stephanie + Everyone	Children seeing their work in the classroom Paired down blocks were used for building that were just as rich - can challenge the child not the materials Leaving out puzzles or materials over days
Professional Development	Stephanie	We all get about 5 hours of professional development over the course of the semester
