Revision Method and History
Method
The EWC Standards and Methods document is reviewed monthly in a meeting with all EWC full-time employees. During this review, select updates and revisions are assigned to appropriate subject matter experts.
As revisions are completed, they are forwarded to the master document caretaker who integrates the revisions and records the changes in the revision history.
The master document is then uploaded to the Energy and Water Conservation Group Wiki (https://utexas.atlassian.net/wiki/display/EWC/EWC+Program+-+Methods+and+Standards) through the "Import Word Document" tool.
Occasionally, duplicate or outdated pages may appear. Pages can be removed or re-ordered in the Space Admin -> Pages -> Tree View configuration.
