Travel using Concur

• Flights for UT travel MUST be booked through Anthony Travel via Concur.

Create a profile through the above link and use that for booking travel.

1. Email Christine with your travel details:

   • Conference, dates, etc.

2. Christine will email back your Document ID. This number is used to tie together your travel and the billed account.

   • Select Rule Class: UT Austin Business. This books travel using state-available rates. The charges are automatically billed to the travel account.

3. Book your flight through Concur. When prompted, enter the Document ID.

Applying for Student Travel Grants

Many conferences (most?) have student travel grants available. Make sure to ask, inquire, seek them out for travel to conferences.
