The Search Menu

The Search Menu allows you to select a search by Invoice Submittals, Billing IDT Records, and Letter Bill Records and takes you to the Search Page. On the Search Page, a menu bar allows you to select from the same search categories.

Billing IDT Records and Letter Bills are typically only for Billing customers; however, users can see what has been charged to their PID department’s debit account. This search ability relates to the Billing Debit role, which is automatically assigned based on the user’s PID.

To achieve the best search results, filter by date range or other parameters to narrow the results as much as you can. Searches without sufficient parameters take time to populate and may retrieve inconveniently large sets of data.
