UT Spark: How to Get Help

Submitting a Help Request

To submit a help request please reach out to the UT Service Desk: If you run into an issue using or logging into UT spark, following this guidance will help us assist you in the best way possible.

Please include details such as:

  • Browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.)

  • Operating System (Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android)

  • What agent you were using.

    • You can see the agent name at the top left of the chat window:

  • Any error messages encountered, if applicable.

Exporting Chats

If you are requesting assistance due to a particular chat behavior or issue that arose while chatting or chatting with a file, if possible and appropriate please export your current chat session and send it along with your help request.

  • At the top right of the chat window there is an icon for Export.

  • This will download the chat as a .txt file to your local Downloads folder.

  • Attach this .txt file to your help request in Service Now.
