5th Years: Registration Procedures
STEP 1: ADVISING
Graduate students submit an advising form via Qualtrics about two weeks prior to the beginning of the first spring registration period in October. An email with a link to the advising form will be sent to all graduate students. You will complete your program of work in Qualtrics as part of the advising form.
STEP 2: REGISTER FOR 3 GRADUATE CLASSES
You are in graduate standing so you can enroll yourself through the registration system.
Non-BME Graduate Classes: If you want to enroll in a non-BME course that is restricted, send an email to the Graduate Coordinator (GC) in the department for the class. The course may require instructor approval or the course may be restricted through the first week of classes. Use the list of all Graduate Coordinators on campus to locate the appropriate person to email.
To register for BME 698A or 698B Thesis courses: complete the Thesis Registration Form (attached here) and send it to the BME Graduate Administrator, who will add you to the Thesis course manually.
