Third party programs (i.e.Adobe Acrobat and Flash player, and Java) are pushed by the LAN team on a monthly basis. If you are experiencing a specific problem with an application, email us at oa.lan@austin.utexas.edu and we will schedule a time to investigate it and install updates if necessary.
