Go to Apple > System Settings |

Click on Sound |

Click on Output and Input >Output should be on Crestron HDMI Play sound effects through Crestron |

On the Crestron Touch Panel
Make sure the audio is not Muted and turned up to mid way | |
Navigate to the downloaded file
In VLC, click Audio > Audio Device >Crestron or Crestron Encoded Output - Studio 4A CMB 4.116 will use Crestron only and the rest use the encoded - if you don’t hear audio choose the other option | |
In VLC, click Audio > Audio Device >Crestron or Crestron Encoded Output -

Confirm sound comes from each channel's speaker as indicated on screen. | |
