Open Audio MIDI Setup | |
Click on HDMI > Output and make sure The Source is Focusrite Thunderbolt click on Configure Speakers | |
Make sure they are set to 5.1 Surround Apply > Done | |
Open Premiere Pro | |
Premiere preferences Audio hardware Default Output should be set to Focusrite Thunderbolt | |
Then Go to Playback and select the Blackmagic Playback Click OK | |
Import your quicktime with 5.1 embedded audio |
