AVID Media Composer - How to Adjust Sync to External Monitor or TV - Client TV Monitor

Go to Avid Media Composer

>Preferences

Go to Site Tab

>Click on Desktop Play Delay

Adjust the

Desktop/Hardware Sync Delay Frames to about 7-11 or so

Click OK and then test sync to the monitor

Adjust till it looks perfectly in sync
