Options include:
- Via the Duo Smartphone app Â
- SMS text message
- Phone call to a mobile number
- Phone call to a land line
- Touch ID
- Security Key such as YubiKey
Device Management (register new or remove devices)
Enable DUO to remember MFA session for 30 days
With the new UT EID Authentication Page, there is an option to allow DUO to remember your Multi-Factor Authentication session for 30 days.
Note: Logging in to at least one UT web application and activating the DUO Remember me for 30 days option will be remembered by other UT web applications for 30 days. Performing the action below at least once every 30 days should reduce the frequency of DUO prompts for all web applications.
When you encounter the UT EID Login screen below, proceed to login as you normally would
Check the Remember for 30 days checkbox to reduce the frequency of DUO prompts
There are still some UT applications residing behind a "legacy" UT EID login page. These pages have recently been updated to allow the Remember me for 30 days option.
