uBlock Origin warning

The purpose of this wiki is to explain what an uBlock Origin warning is, what it looks like and what to do if you encounter this warning.

uBlock Origin is a browser extension for content filtering, including ad blocking.

When you try to access a webpage, you might get the "uBlock Origin has prevented the following page from loading" warning (see screenshot below). This means uBlock is trying to block potentially dangerous ads.

• If you are certain of the page and you know it is a trusted website, you can click "Proceed" to get to the webpage you were trying to view.
• If you are not certain this is a trusted website, click "Close this window" to exit.
