Travel abroad w/ Healthyhorns issued laptop
If you are traveling abroad and intend to take your Healthyhorns issued laptop, please fill out the form linked below under “International Travel Process” before you leave:
If you are traveling to China, including Hong Kong and Macau; Russia; Cuba; Iran; or North Korea do not take your Healthyhorns issued laptop with you.
According to the Office of Research Support and Compliance (ORSC): “All university employees (faculty, staff and employed graduate students) traveling on official university business to a country of concern (China, including Hong Kong and Macau, Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Russia) are required to utilize a university provided loaner laptop while on official travel.
