PIF

In order to add a vendor to the UT Austin system, we need to have the vendor fill out a payee information form.

The PIF can be sent as a DocuSign form, or through email.

Instructions for email PIF forms:

• After the vendor finishes filling out the form, they should upload it to our secure document upload link https://education.utexas.edu/departments/kinesiology-health-education/information/faculty-staff/secure-document-uploads.

• Email template for sending vendors the Payee Information Form. 

If the vendor wants to set up direct deposit, contact the KHE admin staff and they can send the vendor a DocuSign form to help them get set up with direct deposit.
