Steps to locate the Serial Number & Installer

1. Department Buyers purchase Adobe Acrobat Pro from the Campus Computer Store.

2. Once the Adobe licensing order is processed, the Purchaser will receive an email from Adobe Volume Licensing.

3. The email will contain the Adobe order number.

Open

1. To access the software, visit the Adobe Licensing website (LWS).

2. On this page, select Licenses from the grey menu bar.

3. Click on Obtain License Certificates.

4. Enter the Adobe Order Number and select Search.

5. At the bottom left of the Obtain License Certificates page, find the link labeled Certificate #.

6. This link provides an option to have Adobe send an email with the License Certificate, which includes the Serial Number.

7. Alternatively, view and copy the serial number directly from this page instead of requesting an emailed License Certificate.

8. This page also provides the Deploy To ID, which can be used to retrieve the Serial Number and downloads.

Steps to Retrieve Serial numbers for Windows & Mac Installs

• In this example the Customer's end user ID or Deploy-to ID would show they have purchased the software

• Download the Install file for Windows & Mac - Acrobat Professional 20.0
