Faculty Additional Employment Form (Faculty Additional Employment Form (AEF))

This form maybe used to facilitate approval between CSUs for additional employment, Allowances, or One-Time Payments for faculty.This form should be initiated by the organization making the request. All approvals should be in place before work begins and any business transactions are initiated.

Faculty Appointment Process Summary

Required as part of Prior Approval Request (PAR) when recruiting tenured or tenure-track (TTT) faculty.
