Create and share a folder

If you need to share a folder with colleges, this information will help you.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on File Explorer

  2. Click on your Box Sync folder

  3. Click on the New folder icon to create a New folder
  4. Give the folder a name
  5. Right click on the folder, go to Box Sync and then click on Email Box Link
  6. You should see a standard "new email" in Outlook. You can then send the included link to anyone you wish.
