Denying Access

At present, there's not a 'deny enrollment' button, but there are two steps to take to functionally achieve this outcome:

1) "Approve" the student and then ...

2) Drop them from the class. 

The student will then no longer be in the "enrollment request" queue. Alternatively, you can just never act on the 'approve enrollment' request, however the banner prompt will persist if there are folks awaiting approval.
