Have your own design approved

You've designed your own piece, following the UGS design guidelines, and now need the approval of the UGS design team. 

Send an email to the UGS design team including:

  • Name of project contact and supervisor

  • Deadline (when project will be handed out/used/posted)

  • Share your original file or packaged InDesign file

    • Find instructions on packaging InDesign files here

    • Send files as email attachment, share using Box, or on shared server folder

  • Quantity, if applicable 

  • Dimensions

  • Preferred printer contact information
