How to Advertise Your Event On Campus

Once your design has been approved by the UGS Design Team, you can advertise your event in a number of ways. Email the communications team if you are uncertain about which options to pursue.

• Submit detailed information to the Events Calendar

• Submit a to be displayed on digital screens on campus

• Request space to display banners or a-frames

• Share event information on social media

• Reserve Space for tabling

Different colleges and centers on campus use flat screen monitors to display digital slides. Each department has its own policies and deadlines, so please follow their instructions carefully.
