Final Exam Change Tracker

Once Dean's memo period is over, all final exam changes need to be tracked. To do so, create a new final exam change tracker by going to Registrar  Final Exams  Exam Schedules  Templates
In the Exam Schedules folder, create a new folder for the semester you're working on and name it according to its YYS.

  • Copy the template from the Templates folder and paste it into the new semester folder you made.
  • Open the tracker, and input the dates and times associated with each of the 18 exam periods at the top.
  • Change the Confirmation code for each periods to be 11111-YYS##
    • ## being the exam period

Whenever an exam change occurs from after the Deans memo period ends, all the way until final exams are over needs to be recorded in this tracker.

  • Enter the exam change under whichever exam period tab the change is occurring in.
  • Ensure when you make changes that you make changes in the Room Scheduling System (RSS), REQ in NREXAM, and SCH in NREXAM. When you do each action, X the box in the change tracker to ensure you do all 3 steps.
  • Give a reason for the change. This can be useful if a Dean calls asking why an exam changed.
