Guest Artists:
Set up guest artists to receive payment via Purchase Orders for short-term professional work.
Prepare travel arrangements and initiate reimbursements for out-of-town guest artists.
Support campus parking needs via QR Chaser Tickets and FDP passes.
Provide backup to Finance Manager.
Workday Hires:
Set up current faculty, staff, and students in Workday to receive stipends for short-term professional work.
Hire, Pre-Hire, onboard, and/or terminate long sessions and summer Non-Academic hourly appointments
