- This Workforce Report provides a variety of information about the university’s workforce in graphical and tabular form. The information can be used to examine both the current state and historical trends of the workforce. Information is presented for the entire university, colleges, schools, vice presidential portfolios, and departments. It is created in and presented through the Tableau platform. The information is presented in a series of dashboards, which are collections of individual graphs or tables, called sheets in Tableau. The graphs are interactive, allowing a user to focus on specific areas of the information.
- The workforce information is most effectively and efficiently viewed on a screen within an internet browser through the Tableau application. The report can be accessed by any internet connected computer, tablet, or smart phone, and it can be projected. However, sometimes it is advantageous to share the information with others in print form and Tableau allows printing of dashboards to PDF documents or images.
- Access to reports is controlled by permissions assigned to specific UTEIDs. The information in this report is considered confidential and care should be taken in sharing it. Please contact Karen Blanchette to add or remove permissions.
