Go through each VP7 document to remove staples and make sure there are no double-sided pages (scanners at Document Imaging can’t handle either).
Copy each document for School’s files (these copies may be double-sided)
Compare the copied documents with the original to make sure all pages in each document have been copied.
Prepare cover-sheet (Document Imaging signature page.xlsx)
Take original documents plus cover-sheet to Document Imaging located in Main 132/K5300.
Ask receptionist to initial cover-sheet.
Leave originals with receptionist but bring cover-sheet back to put with our copies and then file with other VP7 documents.
