Teams - Slack backup

The LAITS Computer Support Teams Team (Accessible here), serves as a backup chat platform in the event that Slack goes down. 

DSS, DE, and Networking should use Teams during any Slack outage.

We are not switching to Teams at this time, and there is no expectation to check it regularly outside of a Slack outage.
