Lending Process for TPLA Faculty and Students
Thank you for your interest in borrowing book(s) from the TPLA Library within the Educational Leadership and Policy Department. Please fill out one form per book. After submitting a request, you will be contacted via email within 3 business days to determine whether the book is available or to schedule a pick up and return date.

Returns
You will receive an automatic email reminder to return loaned book 2 weeks and 3 days before the return date. Returns will be coordinated between borrower and Project Director. If an extension has not been requested by the due date, the Project Director will contact you via email to make arrangements for the return or determine whether an extension is needed.
Extensions
If you need an extended due date, contact Violeta Gonzales, Project Director at violeta.gonzales@austin.utexas.edu to request an extension with a new proposed return date. Project Director will notify you of the new return date or inform you of the reason why the book is not available for an extended return date. You will receive an automatic email reminder to return the extended loaned book 2 weeks and 3 days before the return date.
