Student Travel Award Support Request Application
Travel support is open to both Master's and Doctoral students and is limited to a maximum of $400 per student each semester. Receipts are required for any reimbursed charges after travel. Priority consideration will be given to applicants who are presenting research.Â
Students must be registered during the semester the funds are to be used. Some awards may be subject to full-time registration, which is 9-hours in the long semesters (fall/spring) and 3-hours in the summer semester.
Applications will be due February 15th for Spring travel and September 15th for Fall travel.

To be considered for travel support you must:
Fill out the Student Travel Award Application and provide the following documentation:Â
Notification of Acceptance, per conference/proposal
Conference:
Name
Dates
Location
Presenting information (type, title, faculty member, etc)
A faculty signature will be required ONLY if you are presenting with a faculty member
Expenses, per conference
Please note: you will need to fill out a form and submit documentation for each conference you will be attending:

Important Notice: Funding is based on the competitive nature of the pool of applicants and our budget for the academic year. All who apply may not be funded in a given semester.
