Files not saving at end of exposure

Files not saving at end of exposure

    Oct 03, 2015

This is usually caused by full hard drives on the DCC computers.

These are the Windows machines inside the electronics cabinets.

A team member will need to make room on the hard drives before files can be save.

    Team members:

Remote desktop onto the DCC to check the hard drive space.

    Start>Computer>

Check the available hard drive space. If it is full then go into the full hard drive, go into HXRG>H2RG.....>FSRamp>

Inside this directory select a set of the oldest files and delete them.

Empty the Recycle Bin to completely make the disk space free.
