About Portfolio

    About Portfolio

    Mar 29, 2016

Portfolio Server 11 was developed by Extensis based out of Portland, Oregon. It is described by Extensis as a system that "helps you finally centralize, categorize, and then visualize your extensive library for quick search and streamlined file sharing." 1  Assets cataloged with Portfolio can be accessed on a desktop client as well as a web client (simply two different types of interfaces). Most users will use the web client only. In this way, Portfolio Server 11 is marketed specifically for Digital Asset Management systems like the one at UMCS. For more information about UMCS' Portfolio Catalog structure, click here.

To obtain access to Portfolio, please used the appropriate link below.  If you have questions, please send an email to digitalassets@utexas.edu.  Portfolio is only for UT employees.
