    Some conventions written by Ashley Chadwick for the UTSOA Visual Resources Collection wiki.

    General
    • Do not abbreviate any information in catalog fields.
    • Do not capitalize any information that is not a proper noun.
    • Use commas whenever possible to separate information.
    • Be careful not to add any extra spaces before, after or between words.
    • English is the preferred language of the catalog.
    • All names are listed "Last Name, First Name."
