Moody College Equipment Checkout Overview
All users are required to read and agree to the usage rules before checking out equipment. Please review the rules below before making a reservation.
WebCheckout Help
If you are unable to access WebCheckout, please reach out to us at moody-checkout@austin.utexas.edu.
Reservations cannot be made within 24 hours of the desired pickup time or on weekends. Please plan ahead and adjust your pickup and return times accordingly.
After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirming that it was received. Your reservation will remain pending until it is reviewed and approved by the equipment checkout staff. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
If we are unable to approve your reservation, you will be contacted by email.

Report Equipment Theft
If you believe equipment has been stolen, it is critical to report the incident to the University Police Department or local police – depending on whether the theft occurred on or off campus – as soon as possible. Be sure to obtain a copy of the police report as soon as it becomes available.
Additionally, please complete the Equipment Theft Report Form within 24 hours of the incident.
