    1. Insert a blank DVD into optical drive.
    2. If you get this menu, choose to open Finder and click OK to


    3. Drag and drop the file or folder from it’s location to the DVD. 


    4. Click the “Burn” icon

    5. Choose 1X “Most Reliable” burn mode then click “Burn”
