Grades
Grade Reporting
Grade sheets are available one to two weeks before the last class day of a semester or summer term. Recorded grades may be verified online through the last day of grade reporting. Grades submitted online are available for review by instructors of record and their designees.
Faculty submit grades through the Registrar's online system. Faculty are unable to submit grades for individual instruction. Those grades may be saved and are submitted by Clarissa Smith.
Grade Changes
As of fall 2011, the Registrar has implemented an online grade change system. The yellow RG 505 grade change forms will be phased out, and it will become the faculty's responsibly to submit grade changes via this online system. If there are extenuating circumstances that prevent a faculty member from submitting a grade change (no Internet access, out of the country, trapped inside a volcano, etc.), please contact Clarissa Smith.
