Find a UT EID from Email

Sometimes a student will not pass along their UT EID when asking for help through OS Ticket.

This can be solved with:

  • Copy email address from OS Ticket

  • Go to https://idmanager.its.utexas.edu/eid_admin/

  • After you login, go to the 3rd drop down box and select "email address"

  • After "starts with", paste the email address in the blank box and hit the Search button.

The UT EID and Name will be displayed.
