Systems Administration (SysAdmin)

Systems-wide administration of data. Think large, big picture starts. Currently holds the function on prod. Different environments most relevant for different functions. What you can do on these pages includes:

  -places and institutions (to make a new high school institution code, or look up institution code and expiration date for a school)

  -permissions and users (to change user last name/consolidate UT eids/sub identifier: UINs)

  -⁺users (same as permissions and users on prod, and convert to ‘beta’ qweb6/7, ADA—timed assignments lmods)

  -elements (to look for upcoming tests)

  -*masquerade (bookmark!-pretend to be someone else!–instructor, student, TA, anyone in the Quest system!)

  -look up when upcoming exams are occurring
