In the project window click on New>Adjustment Layer |  |

Drag the Adjustment layer all the way to the end of the sequence |  |
In the Project Window Cilc on the Effects Tab >Effects >Video >Metadata and Timecode Burn-in |  |
Then drag the >Metadata and Timecode Burn-in to the adjustment layer |  |
Next modify the burn in Go to the Effect Controls Tab >Metadata & Timecode Burn-in Change Line 1 to Sequence Timecode You can also customize the Size and Opacity of the burn in |  |
