Amazon Business is available to university employees for purchasing non-contracted items. To establish access to Amazon Business email uc.boss@austin.utexas.edu. Contracted items cover basic office supplies listed below; however, if you are able to find significant savings for the same product via Amazon, we may be able to justify its purchase this way. Once your Amazon Business account is established by UC BOSS administrators, you may begin shopping immediately using your departmental ProCard. Receipts for Amazon purchases must be uploaded to your ProCard folder once items are received, and the transaction must also be included in your monthly log. CONTRACTED ITEMS
