3. Acquire the supplies you need and then select your Shopping Cart to check out.
Include the billing information, delivery location, and any other information that could be helpful in processing your order.
Click "Assign Cart."
The first time you use this group, you will have to perform this step. Subsequent orders should have UC listed in your Assignee Profiles ("Select" menu).
7. Enter "Undergraduate College" in the first name field.
Click the "+" to add UC to your Assignee profile options.
Select "Add to Profile" so that it is saved for future use.
10. Voila! UC BOSS receives your order for finalizing once you click "Assign."
Amazon Business is available to university employees for purchasing non-contracted items. To establish access to Amazon Business email uc.boss@austin.utexas.edu.
Contracted items cover basic office supplies listed below; however, if you are able to find significant savings for the same product via Amazon, we may be able to justify its purchase this way.
Once your Amazon Business account is established by UC BOSS administrators, you may begin shopping immediately using your departmental ProCard. Receipts for Amazon purchases must be uploaded to your ProCard folder once items are received, and the transaction must also be included in your monthly log.
