  7. At this point, you should repeat the appointment information back to the student, include the date, time, and who they will be meeting with. You should also inquire to if the student has every ever come to our office before/if they know where we are located –  if     not, give them brief directions. Let the student know that a confirmation email will be sent to them which summarizes all the information you just gave them and if they need to make any changes to their appointment to either log on to our new appointment system by clicking "Talk to a Learning Specialist" on the Sanger website or calling us back.
