When making a purchase in-person, please write the checkout/return dates and vendor on the Procard sign-out sheet.
The tax ID and/or tax exempt form will be needed to make purchases from brick-and-mortar stores. For example: Home Depot requires only the Tax ID while Fry's requires the tax exempt from.
Extra copies of the tax exempt form are kept with the procard sign-out sheet.
Please ask the Procard officer for the Tax ID number.
